Shipping policy
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Below are estimated shipping charges for Canada, USA and International shipping. Please note that these are estimates and actuals will change based on your location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In Canada, we primarily use Canada Post and for USA orders, we use USPS as our primary carriers. For international shipments, we work with third party shipping providers for overseas shipping.
Delivery delays may occur based on carrier shipping lead times.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Props Athletics ships to addresses within mainland USA, mainland Canada and accessible international locations, based on our carrier/third-party availability. If you have questions about delivery to your location, please reach out to sales@propsathletics.com. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Props Athletics Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed (if any) during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Props Athletics Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at sales@propsathletics.com. We will try our best to come to a mutual resolution.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
