PRICES – Approved Resellers are obligated to maintain MSRP with Props Athletics products in all advertising, including but not limited to: print, online, and media exposure. Props Athletics reserves the right to increase prices at its own discretion.
NON-COMPETITION – Approved Resellers agree that it will not manufacture, purchase, distribute, promote, advertise, display, offer, or sell any product that is an imitation or counterfeit, or otherwise confusingly similar to any Props Athletics product, while Reseller maintains an active account with Props Athletics. Reseller agrees that it will not purchase Props Athletics products from any other source other than Props Athletics Inc.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – All international partnerships are managed by Props Athletics. US Retailers are strictly prohibited from distributing and/or selling outside of the US.
CHANNEL OF SALES – Props Athletics does not permit retailers to sell online, except with explicit written permission from Props Athletics. Props Athletics does not permit online sales via third party distributor, including, but not limited to Amazon, Etsy, or eBay.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME – For all in-stock orders, Props Athletics estimates 2-7 business days for the contiguous US for order processing. Any changes to an order must be made immediately after placement, any changes requested after order placement are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING INFORMATION – For all in-stock orders, Props Athletics estimates 2-8 business days for the contiguous US for order shipping. Handling charges apply and will be added to shipping total upon processing. Buyer shall be responsible to file damages with the carrier for the unlikely and unfortunate event that damage occurred in transit.
PAYMENT TERMS – Merchandise and applicable freight charges will be invoiced when order is processed. Standard processing is payment by credit card, unless expressly approved and written by a Props Athletics representative. Once the order has shipped, retailer will receive a copy of order invoice to the master email on file. Props Athletics will apply a $50 fee and a 1.5% finance charge per month for any outstanding invoices.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES – No returns or exchanges of goods are accepted without express authorization of Props Athletics when special cases may apply. In the event that a return of product is approved, the Reseller is obligated to arrange and pay for shipping costs.
